Policies and Sanctions related to copyright infringement

Sullivan and Cogliano Training Centers Inc., prohibits copyright infringement. The school will take disciplinary action against any student who distributes unauthorized copyrighted materials including peer-to-peer file sharing and the prohibited use of the institution’s information technology system for those activities. Any student involved in such an act will be reported to the proper authorities and charges will be pressed.
